Small steps (2nd part)

On the 17th I wrote that I was not about to quit even though I had not lost any lbs. This morning the scale went down 2.3 lbs. Small steps do work, they may be small, but work nontheless. I will keep at it, so you do the same=)

Small steps

Its been 17 days that i have picked up where i left off on my weight loss goals and I have not lost, NOT ONE LBS=( But, Im not quitting. The weight will come off, slowly but surely=). SMALL STEPS are better than no steps at all. SO DONT YOU GIVE UP!

Having a party?

Afraid of going to a party because you might over eat? Go ahead and go. This is how I view parties. They are an opportunity to see friends and family; NOT A TICKET TO EAT EVERYTHING IN SITE. I either eat before I go or when I get to the party I fill my plate with healthy items and nibble on them....

Try and try again. Dont give up. So what if this is your 3rd, 5th, or 10th time trying to be healthy, exercising, trying to lose weight. Whatever you are trying to do, keep doing it till you reach your goal. Good luck, WE CAN ALL BE WINNERS!

just keep at it

making time for exercise if sometimes impossible. just keep moving your body. if possible use a pedometer. at the end of the you will be amazed at the amount of steps and calories lost.

change

If you find your routine getting bored, than change it. Change can bring some excitement. Walk a different route. Do a different exercise machine. Try a new exercise class. Try new foods.
