I did this whenever I was eating one of my required 3 meals for the day. Gulp down as much water as possible in between bites. The key was to drink as much water I could before the next bite. This made me full really fast, even before everything was finished on my plate.
To help me get in my water every day, I drink one cup of water every time I use the bathroom. This is in addition to the water that I bring with me wherever I go during the day. I usually end up with at least 12 cups of water a day.
My sister and I started a support group at our church. We meet once a week and share ideas. My sister talks about nutrition and I demonstrate exercises that can be done by anyone, anytime. At the end of the meeting, we choose buddy and take walk in the parking lot. It's been a great success.
