Water water water

I drink half of my weight in water, I have found I am not really hungry most of the time but lacking in water so I make sure to drink at least half my weight in pure refreshing water.

Eat more instead of less exercise more as well

When I hit my plateau a while back I felt like things weren't working out so I decided to change out a few things Calorie intake I increased exercise increased both cardio and strength training

100 calorie packs kept me fat

I fooled myself eating 100 calorie treats. I sabotaged my health thinking I was eating less to feel good about eating something nutritionally wrong. I bypass them all together I haven't missed them one bit. Money is better spent on fruits and organics I used to think were out of my budget range.

More Calories Early

For years I chose to eat a reasonable breakfast, light lunch and made my evening meal the main meal of my day. By switching the pattern to heavier meals early in the day and light in the evening (no starches generally) I lost weight. After a few weeks this pattern curbed evening snacking too.

When I feel hungry between meals

When I am feeling hungry between meals I will drink a glass of water and eat a rice cake. Usually that will satisfy the hunger. If I am wanting something sweet I will have the caramel or chocolate flavor and if I want a salty or cheesy taste I have the white cheddar flavor. This combo works for me.
