Theory of Halves

If you are craving something, for example, a peanut butter sandwich. Make a half a sandwich, eat it, enjoy it and if you still want more, make the other half. Don't make the whole thing up front, only half. Gives you time to think about making another one and if you really NEED it.

To lose weight, the key is to SWEAT! You can do anything as long as it makes you sweat. 30 Minutes of sweating each day will definately help you lose weight. You can clean. dance. exercise, walk...whatever you enjoy, but sweat it off!!
