For every 30 minutes of exercise- I put a star sticker on my calendar. When you see your workouts it is really motivating and so much easier than even writing it down. Make sure it is somewhere you see everyday or even at work for extra motivation from prying eyes!

Eat Everything with Portion Control AND Drink Water

Want to lose weight? Drink 64 ounces (or 2 liters) or more of water. Eat what you want with portion control (and some self-control), especially during the morning and early afternoon. Drinking lots of water helps cleanse your body of toxins & replenishes it with needed fluids.
