Nice and simple! I use the daily nutrition tracker to maintain a 2000 calorie per day intake and do 30 minutes of cardio a day. Thats it! Im having pasta, wine, potatos and steak too!!!! Of course Im eating many fruits and veggies but just count them calories with SPARKPEOPLE and let it work!!!!
I have been reading a book called Flat Belly Diet. And I tell you it works. It talks about the right fats you should eat and I have been following it and I have lost 6 pounds in five days being on this diet.
When you're starting to feel weak, and the bowl of candy on your neighbor's desk, or the tray of muffins in the conference room is calling your name....chew gum. #1...your mouth is now busy & #2...your mouth is now minty, so it'd be like eating after brushing your teeth...ick!
I have my goal weight written down. I carry it in my pocket. It is framed on my desk, and a mini version is taped to my steering wheel. If I find myself ready to stray or ready to take a portion that is too large, I just have to ask myself...Will this help me get to ___?

Throw out all the foods you shouldn't eat. Only keep healthy whole foods in the house! You will have weak moments, and you can't eat junk if it isn't there. I've kept the weight off for over 3 years now, but I'm still working on dropping more.
I drink one litre of water first thing in the morning. Then i boil a large mug of water with 2-3 grams of cinnamon powder. After straining the cinnamon i add herbal tea and one teaspoon of honey before drinking. Breakfast starts with fruits. I have replaced sugar with sugar free tablets.
