It's not a secret but been proven time and again, those who keep track of what they eat eat less.... write it down, track it on the computer, however you do it - before it hits your lips it's on the list for the day. It works!
For me, I've found that the phrase "easy does it" applies to weight loss.
Take the anxiety out of weight loss by planning in advance what you'll be eating for the day, and having your foods available. You won't be stuck in a situation where you have to grab something that's not going to fit into your diet--stay satisfied and nourished!
Nice and simple! I use the daily nutrition tracker to maintain a 2000 calorie per day intake and do 30 minutes of cardio a day. Thats it! Im having pasta, wine, potatos and steak too!!!! Of course Im eating many fruits and veggies but just count them calories with SPARKPEOPLE and let it work!!!!
