Tricking your tongue!

I learned that when I crave sugar, the best thing I can do is drink black coffee! Bitter is the opposite of sweet. ( and I truly enjoy black coffee). When I do this, my sugar craving goes away completely! Try it!

Avoiding late night eating

A favorite Weight Watcher Leader once said: :when you're finished your planned food for the day, go to bed, there me more in the morning". I found I often overate late at night because I was tired or upset. Sleep helped resolved both

Plan, Plan, Plan!

I have learned that by planning my meals for the next day helps keep my on track with my program. I can make sure I stay with-in my calories as well as get much of my food prepared ahead of time! Helps me stay on track!

WATER!!!!!!!!!

I have found that drinking lots and lots of water is my key to actuallt loosing weight they say not to drink too much because you can was away vitamines and mineral but it you are eating right then you can never was away anything but fat!!! lol

Daily Weigh-ins

I've found that weighing myself every morning is one of the best ways to keep from putting on weight and even to keep myself on track if I'm trying to lose a bit of weight (that I put on by stopping regular weigh-ins)

Take picture of your scale weight each week and put picture on Facebook

Each Monday, I'm taking a picture of my scale's digital reading and posting on my Facebook page. It's a great incentive to watch my weekend eating, get exercising, drink water etc Also, as my posts have gone up, more people have made comments and notice, giving lots of support

Purchase a good scale that measures the same every time

I had a Tanita health scale with body fat %, water % etc The problem is it was never even close to my weight and never gave the same weight twice in a row. I bought a new flat scale with big digital numbers. The scale always gives same weight and it's easy to see.
