A trick to get more water

If you have a hard time drinking water and don't find it satisfying because you're a little hungry try eating ice. It gives you the feeling of eating but it has no calories, and it helps you get to the 8 glasses a day. I like to use crushed ice so that it's not hard on my teeth to eat it.

Try This!

In case you didn't see this recipe on SP. Take your frozen banana and whiz it up in your food processor for a few min.
until thick and smooth. Add a cup of frozen blueberries and whiz again until thick and smooth. Makes two or three fruit servings. YUM!!

Getting Enough Water

I find that if I keep a water bottle full near me at all times then I will drink it without really paying attention. As soon as it gets close to the bottom I chug it and go refill. Now that I drink lots of water, on days that I am not getting enough I notice I feel really dehydrated and crave water.

Low-ish Carbs

My ability to lose weight increases dramatically when I follow a diet that's high in protein (I prefer fish and cottage cheese), veg and fruit and avoid refined carbohydrates and sugar.
