SMOTHIES

S ince my husband and I are both vegatarians, to make sure we have protein, I make an Almond Milk banaa, wheat grass and protien powder smothie along with our breakfast. I am not sure how to fit this into the vegi diet plan but i am now 165.8 not 189 Mary
