It's blueberry pomegranite and I love it! Finally a delicioius way to get my vitamins (and calcium). I had the cereal with a few different flavors of yogurt but the banana flavored and vanilla are my favorite so far.

I love comfort food, and this book is full of delicious recipes. I ignore the meal plans and success stories and skip right to the recipes, and I even sometimes manage to make them a little lighter than it calls for (i.e. turkey instead of beef)

Love this additive! Especially the lime It's no calorie and basically just reduced lime and lemon essence. I add it to seltzer and plain water just to change things up sometimes. My sister uses it to cook because it keeps longer than real lemons and tastes so much better than the bottled juice.
It is advertised as removable buttons to ad a couple inches to your pants if you are gaining weight. Well i bought it because i am of course , thank god loosing weight.....
You use it the same way, but to take a couple inches out.
Yoplait Thick 'n Creamy Light Blueberry Pie yogurt is delicious, and only 100 calories. It's my new favorite flavor of yogurt. I have heard similar comments from other people.
Best thing I have bought! I have to put it on in the morning, so I can keep track of how I am doing. I am not hitting my goal of 10000 steps often but at least I know how close I am getting!
I really love my Garmin Forerunner 305. While I don't feel they are necessary for a good running workout, it's very nice to be able to track my speed and my distance. I find it very motivating! It also has a marker function that tells me what direction to run in to get home if I get lost!
Truvia is a sweetner that is made from stevia a natural sweetner, I have used it in drinks, and love it on strawberries. I have made rice pudding with it and served at a dinner party and no one knew that they were eating sugar free. So I would reccommend this to anyone who wants a more natural sweet
