I use a timer when on the computer. That way I'm on for a short amount of time and when the timer goes off I do something active.
When you bring something new into the house, get rid of something old!
ONCE YOU GET YOU HOUSE ORGANIZED LIKE THE KITCHEN MAINLY. CLEAR OUT ALL BAD FOOD AND REPLACE WITH ALL GOOD FOOD. YOU WILL BE ON YOUR WAY AND IF YOU THINK IT IS TO EXPENSE THINK AGAIN THIS IS YOU LIFE HERE. START SMALL EACH WEEK GET AT LEAST TWO FOOD ITEMS &YOU WILL FEEL SO MUCH BETTER.
Plan your work, work your plan OR the other way around would be plan to fail, fail to plan!!! ORAGNIZATION is the KEY to SUCCESS! Keep GOOD snacks on HAND ALWAYS, cut up all veggies AS SOON AS YOU GET THEM HOME and COOK your greens as soon as you get home too!! Then you have NO EXCUSES!!!

When you get out of the shower and the bathroom is steamy, use your towel to wipe down the mirror and sink. Spray the toilet with a bleach based cleaner & leave it for a few minutes then flush.
Have a place for everything and make sure everything is in it's place before going to bed each night. I have bins labeled for batteries, cards, envelopes, travel items, etc. I even have a bin with separate drawers for different types of over the counter medicines. So I don't waste time.
I truly believe that Organization is the key to success. Everytime a trip has been planned all has been organized before hand and all has had fun. That is what counts.
Don't let the litle things pile up.
I seem to have a bag for everything: for the gym, for lunch, for church, for the music lessons I teach, for the English lessons I teach, for going to the library. I even have a bag of bags in the trunk of the car to pack my groceries in!
