How do you stay motivated and find inspiration to stick with your program?
I get my family members together on the weekend to help make meals and snacks for all "next week". Everyone walks away with their goodies and I get a refrigerator full of ready made snacks & frozen meals, which makes it easy to have something accessible, it cuts down cheating!
It is so easy on this journey to get down and frustrated, when this happens I remind myself how fortunate that I am. Weight is something that I can change, there are many people who face insurmountable obstacles that they can't change. I tell myself stop attending my own pity-party and get going!
When I finally started to eat when my body said I was hungry and not when I was 'supposed to' I began to eat less and lose weight steadily.
we are the only ones who can make changes, accept the responsibility, and everything falls into place.
Weight loss only gets tougher as we get older. You will never again be as young as you are today, so go out and exercise and eat right. Don't put it off any longer.
Friends can be your best motivation so keep them involved. Tell them your progress or throw a fitness party to show them you are serious! Good Luck.

When you start feeling a slump in the afternoon drink a full glass of water. Dehydration can cause you to feel tired.
It is the piece of equipment we don't need to purchase, or remember to take with us. When we quiet ourselves and focus on our breath, breathing in and breathing out, focusing on the rhythm of life as it circulates within us, then it is easier to make empowered choices, and remember who we are.
