Be determined

Whenever you don't feel like exercising do it anyway! It's amazing how great you will feel when you are done. More energized and that negative voice that tried to stop you has no choice but to SHUT UP! Victory.

My way of "Spreading the Spark"

I have lots of friends & co-workers who ask me for tips on being successful w/ weight loss. Of course, I tell them about SP and encourage them to check the site out. Then to help them w/ their own fitness, instead of treats, I give them day passes to my gym for birthday or holiday gifts!

Get Your Sneakers on First Thing

Stay-at-home moms and dads, get dressed and get your sneakers on first thing in the morning. I get so much more done when I've got my running shoes on. Even if I don't find enough time to do planned exercise, the housework I get done makes up for it!
