How do you stay motivated and find inspiration to stick with your program?
I cleaned out my kitchen of everything I didn't want in my diet. bought new measuring cups, spoons and a scale. also bought a new weight scale for the bathroom and weigh in every morning. matched up my work schedule with classes at the gym.
It makes it easy for me to stay on track because I don't like to waist money... I bought some pants that I will get my butt into
Saying "No" is not deprivation!
It is control for where you want to get to!!

Today represents 30 years of service with AT&T,This is an amazing feeling; you could not imagine. I look back and wonder where did 30 years go. What an amazing journey. I can not wait to see what the next 30 years holds for me. Enjoy today.
Start with a small goal that is so easy (and fun) that you actually CAN do it and build up your confidence and sense of success by positive actions. Use a calendar to track your new habit. You can to look back and be reminded every time you see it and it will motivate you to keep going.
I go to a once a week cardio kickboxing class with a coworker. The fact that I feel like I HAVE to go every week keeps me motivated to go, and once I get there I feel better about myself just because I know I got there, and I wont give up in front of all the people there, so I HAVE to do the whole
When faced with tempting "naughty" foods (especially at work) I whisper my weight to myself. This reminds me how far I've come and how hard I've worked, and allows me to pass on the foods, or stop at just one.
