Your dog is a furry fitness machine!

My dog keeps me on track. He absolutely loves his daily walks of at least 3 miles. He definitely knows when it's time to go for a walk. If I'm not feeling the motivation, I ask him if he wants to go for a walk and he gets SO excited. How can you disappoint your best friend then? YOU CAN'T!! :)

Put on my bathing suit.
