Getting Full the Healthy Way

I eat 6 walnuts, or 12 almonds about an hour before dinner. The nuts provide many nutrients, and help fill me up to avoid over-eating at dinner time.

keep it simple

I eat nearly the same foods every day. Breakfast, lunch, and two snacks are pretty much set, and I take them to work with me. I rotate through chicken, fish, and various vegetables and fruits for dinner.

Attitude is Everything!!

I have always failed because I would have a bad day and tell myself that since I ate that one bad thing I might as well go ahead and eat everything else I want. Then I would proceed to eat and eat and eat.Now I forgive it and jump right back in where I am, not worrying about the past.

Pack my own lunch!!

If you take your own lunch, then you don't have to worry about stopping at those fast food places. It saves you time and money as well. Don't forget to pack your bottle of water with your flavor packets.
