Breakfast Break out - Quick fast & in a hurry!

Place 1/3 cup hot milk or boiling water & 1 pack oatmeal in thermos. Stir. Cap tightly. Leave home. Arrive at destination. Uncap thermos. Stir. Sprinkle with frozen fruit. Enjoy! No more drive thru breakfast stops!mix or match fruit & flavors

THE KID IN ME GETS A TOUCH OF FIBER THIS WAY

FIBER AVANCE GUMIES I agree with the label (If you like Gummies) it's "the most delicious way" to boost your fiber intake. I've had surgery to remove a tumor that was attachd to my spine & made fiber essential for bowel health.

Oatmeal without salt!

I find that by adding 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon to the oatmeal as it is cooking with a Tbs. of dried cranberries (Ocean Spray Cranaisons) I can eliminate the salt entirely.

Cutting down on Salad Dressing and Syrups.

Place dressing, pancake syrup etc in a saucer and dip the food one bit at a time. You end up using less but still get the taste You want with each bite without drowning Your food. With dressing dipping the fork into the dressing before each bit also helps to give You the taste You like.

Russel Stovers Chocolate Turtles

I have a horrible sweet tooth so I buy a 3 pack of Russell Stover's Sugar Free Turtles and eat one when I have an attack. They taste just as good as the sugar full ones.
