I have always been an "all" or "nothing" kind of gal...meaning I ate the whole container of ice cream or none at all....the whole bage of chips or none at all. I am pretty sure some of you know what I am talking about. After celebrating my 1 month SP Anniversary and a weight loss of 11 pounds I want to share a secret of success...Moderation. Everything in moderation...food, exercise, rest and fun!
One of the greatest freedoms you can have is voting. It is one of the few times that your voice can actually be heard. Take the time and let the government know what you think. If you don't, we don't want to hear complaints from you later.
The one thing that has always worked for me-even before the push and help from this sight is that when I get a craving for something that isn't likely so good for my diet, I drink a glass of water while I think about it. Usually by the time I finish the water I have changed my mind and talked myself out of the unhealthy food choice. Plus I keep hydrated and meet the 8 cup per day water intake! It helps with impulse eating:) Until this sight it's all that consistantly worked!
