Pizza is something alot of people love, myself included! So, in order to NOT overdo it...use a fork. Sounds simple. But using a fork forces you to slow down, forces you to digest the food and lets your stomach tell you when it is full!
Sometimes you just plain want ice cream (or candy or cake or pie) and you want it bad. My suggestion is to go to the ice cream shop and get a dip or to the bakery and get one piece of cake. Buy one serving, eat it and be done with it. If I buy a carton or make a cake I end of eating all of it.
Friday we go to the bowling alley for our Friday league prize money for what we accomplished in bowling. My team won 66 games and we will get money for that. I will be happy with whatever we get. The money I get from the teams helps pay for the summer teams.
I have a 21 oz. water bottle that I use on my bike -- it is insulated so keeps water cool all day. I like to use it for my daily water intake ... because it is not so daunting to say I have to drink 3 full bottles of it a day (3 x 21 = 63) plus a glass of water on top as I go to bed. It works!
