This is a useful tip for when you are eating out. Restaurants generally set up ingredient portions (nuts, berries, cheese) ahead of time for salads. Ask them to bring you your salad with add-ons in their pre-measured cups. That way you can control these portions on your salad!
Profile preferred & undressed. As you lose weight you increase your satisfaction of the view and you see where the pounds are disappearing from. Effective when diet is combined with exercise and need to take showers more often. You don't have to go out of your to find a mirror in the bathroom.
At most grocery shops, produce, meat & dairy are the first depts. The problem (for me) was that I would pick up items from these sections & then get sidetracked reading labels & comparing prices in other areas, so my first items wouldnt stay cold. Now I shop 'backwards' & pick up cold items last
Be sure to eat breakfast everyday! Breakfast used to be my Kryptonite but I have gotten into the habit of eating it. It gets the metabolism jump started in the morning and you won't over eat at lunch because you won't be STARVING.
