I LOVE this Site! ~Maybe TOO MUCH! I would start each day tracking food for each meal and add another item to check off for points each day. When I started to stay up WAY too LATE, I realized I needed a guideline since I don't watch the clock when I'm on SP, SO, I asked my hubby to get a timer...
Pay it forward. We've all heard about it, but it is not a common practice.
Every day, I try to do something nice for at least one person. Sometimes it's doing a favor they didn't expect, sometimes it's a sincere compliment. Other days, it's bringing them a cup of their favorite coffee.
When I am stuck inside during a thunderstorm, I pull out a book and read. I love to watch the storm pass by, so I grab a hot cup of coffee or hot tea, relax on the couch with my favorite book and enjoy the time I have.
IT LOOKS LIKE IT IS GONNA RAIN HERE TODAY.
Drink 1-2 ounces before each meal. It's not too bad. I chug it like a shot. LOL! It's good for you!!!!

Instead of gardening gloves I use dish washing gloves. They are flexible, much like using bare hands, cheap for I get several pair at the dollar store, water proof so they donít go stiff after being wet and afterwards your hands are so soft no one would ever guess you spent time out in the dirt.
