Do you have a kitchen or cooking secret that saves time, calories or clean up?
I now add 2 or 3 drops of liquid Stevia to my vanilla flavored Jarrow protein drink. Adds just enough sweet taste without the calories or carbs of fruits. Liquid stevia also comes in flavors. Great way to start my morning before or after I work out!
Start with a little EVOO stir fry a protein add various frozen veggies to protein and drippings continue to stir fry til veggies heated through; ymmm

Having trouble getting omega-3 fatty acids or enough protein? Get some hemp seeds. They are fairly tasteless and small, so they can easily be added to foods. I add some to my oatmeal every morning
When cooking over the campfire and your pans get all black on the bottom and hard to clean. Use Liquid Dish Soap rubbed on the bottom of the pan, and it makes it super easy to clean the bottom of the pan.
Mashed Potatoes are my downfall but now I cook them in advance and portion them out before freezing. I know just how much I can eat to keep within my allowance.
When using onions you get more flavour by browning them before adding the meat so that the're not touched by the juices too early.
Try to fix meals ahead of time. This will save you time for friends and other things I like to make double the portion of food that way you have food for two different nights. You could make dinners and freeze them too.
Using a crock pot is a great way to stay healthy when you have a busy hectic lifestyle. You get great flavor when you let the ingredients meld together all day long. You can monitor what you put in, and because it cooks all day you don't have to put as much salt in to get the flavor you want.
