CHERRIES

Remember the cherry bush and the cherries grow along the branch. Easy to pick but when it comes to using them in a pie or whatever they are little and have a big seed. Had to find a way to conquer them. First pop seed, no way, Crush them forget it. Cook them and smash as they cook, finally worked.

Sweeten your Protein Drink

I now add 2 or 3 drops of liquid Stevia to my vanilla flavored Jarrow protein drink. Adds just enough sweet taste without the calories or carbs of fruits. Liquid stevia also comes in flavors. Great way to start my morning before or after I work out!

Having trouble getting omega-3 fatty acids or enough protein? Get some hemp seeds. They are fairly tasteless and small, so they can easily be added to foods. I add some to my oatmeal every morning

OVER THE CAMP FIRE COOKING

When cooking over the campfire and your pans get all black on the bottom and hard to clean. Use Liquid Dish Soap rubbed on the bottom of the pan, and it makes it super easy to clean the bottom of the pan.

Try to fix meals ahead of time. This will save you time for friends and other things I like to make double the portion of food that way you have food for two different nights. You could make dinners and freeze them too.
