Take your time utilize all the information and help on SparkPeople.com. I'm still learning new things every day and continue to re-read motivational and quotes to keep myself in the right frame of mind to be successful. I still struggle with eating certain meals, but I know in order to lose weight I need to plan ahead and make it a top priority.

SparkCoach: marshals the resources for me

There is so much amazing, helpful information on SparkPeople that I could get sidetracked in reading instead of doing! Doing SparkCoach is teaching me a routine for "hitting all the marks" in using the SparkPeople resources and getting off the computer and back into life to put that learning to work... I am losing weight again. emoticon emoticon

Love Spark People

I love spark people. Thank You Spark People. I log in every day and record my nutrition, and fitness every day. If I didn't have such a neat place to do it, I am not sure if i would get it done. They do so much of the head work so there is not a reason for me not to do it. I love my Spark Tracker as it keeps track of my steps and calories i burn. I also love the way Spark Coach teaches me so many things. Love it.

Daily food tracking and exercise at least 4 times a week for one hour each time.

I use the free tools that are offered by SP, such as the Nutrition Tracker, Fitness Tracker and Community and SparkPage blogs and other aspects of the site . I also use the Diabetic App which helps me a lot with carb and sugar control, blood glucose numbers, medications,water, weight exercise, etc, very helpful to me! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Setting the tone for the day

Before I rejoined Sparkpeople, the first thing I would do when I woke up while drinking my coffee was to go on Facebook. Now I log onto Sparkpeople, set my goals, enter my food and exercise for the day. Then all I have to do is follow through and stay on track and I know exactly how I did in advance!

Put the day's menu in SP in advance

I stick to my diet much easier when I input the day's menu at the start of the day and then follow it.
