I have to rescind my previous comment. I purchased a Pilates DVD yesterday and just discovered that this video is actually the beginner abs workout from the Pilates Program. I'm starting the Pilates Program today and hoping for great results.

I too was disappointed. About half of the video is back and cool down. I wanted more concentration on the abs.

I was pretty disappointed with this ab workout. The movements were too slow and there wasn't enough reps to fatigue the muscles. I am sure this is really great for people who are just beginning to work out but for me it really didn't do much.
day 4 video done 60 minute lift class at the gym did a count down work out twice. 100 jumping jacks (twice) 90 mountain climbers (twice) 80 jump rope (twice) 70 high knees/ 70 burpies 60 squats with band/ 60 squats with weight 50 back leg lifts with band/50 high knees 40 side leg lifts with bands/ 40 bench jumps with 3 risers 30 step jumps/ 30 side crunches with waits 20 burpies/ 20 bench press with abs 10 jumping jack with a jump squat (twice)
10 laps around the tack along with 10 time up and down 14 stairs.
