I just have a question. When on the back, and and you say to relax the head and neck. Are you supposed to put the weight of your head on your hands? I know you're not supposed pull on your neck or head, but completely relaxing there? I've always wondered about this because I always have such terrible neck pain when doing exercises like this, even though I don't pull on my neck. Just keeping my head stable in that position seems very challenging for me. I suffer from severe headaches and migraines so this is an important issue for me.
This was my week 1 day 7! After doing all of the other workouts that weren't all that intense I surely was not expecting this. I had to do a lot of modifications and had a hard time keeping my body weight off of the floor especially since I don't own a mat. It was relatively painful, but I'm most definitely feeling the burn in my abs!
