This is fantastic!!! The video managed to find that perfect balance between pushing enough to improve and not pushing hard enough to feel overwhelmed and give up.

It was good to feel it working, but doing the push ups this way was hard on my wrists, although I think it was a little harder than doing them against a wall.

Love your workouts, but soemtimes I would like to do them while traveling or when I'm not able to access my computer. Do you have any way I can print our the workout? That would be SO HELPFUL! I would even purchase a book if you have one, or a book/workout DVD combo.

Thanks for helping me out with all of your great ideas! I am loving getting more fit.

My concern is had cervical spine fusion and total knee replacement my Dr still says no on the knee anything won't even let me walk on a treadmill what am i to do

I like this workout because I have a shoulder injury and cannot lift any weight over my head with my right arm. This helped me so much with working out my triceps.
