I keep my resistance band near my computer and when I log into SP I can do a quick video at that time. It is good way to add a few fitness minutes on a day when you do not have another fitness activity planned or are pressed for time.

hi today is the first day of my new life thank you for all the help it's free and that's the only way i could try this i need to lose a lot of weight i'm disable and on a schooter .so i try walking down my hall way were i live it about 7 apt's long .then i ride my execise bike 10 mins and now i'm adding you to the list i hope i can do this .going to give it my best shot again thank you for being here to help.

First time using the bands. I like it can feel my muscle in my shoulders.
