a little less than thrilled with this video. It went VERY Fast. I tried to keep up and I don't have a TUBE so much as a band- three bands of different strengths. I went with the lightest and I couldn't do as much with it. I'll try it again, maybe sitting would help, but this one could have been a 10 minute workout just to ensure form- which is the key, is it not?

It's a good workout to do while watching your fave shows, I can spend time with my family at the same time!! Love It!
