This is a good workout, but my physical therapist doesn't want me to do all the movements since I have a balance problem and I fall quite easily. I can do my best on the ones of which I am capable. SP Rocks. I tell everyone about it. I, too, say, that if it isn't working, it is not SP's fault. Check what YOU, YOURSELF may be doing, and check with your medical field. Thank you SP.

I feel great! I liked the the thigh work &stretches!
