Great work out vedio for beginners. Loved it! I bought a ball and some yoga stuff, however, I was never really sure what exercises to do, but I have been researching and have found some great idea's for the ball. I have made a list of work outs that I can do when I am short on time and this one is going on that list for sure! Thank you SP.
I enjoyed this workout, but have trouble with the underside stretch with one hand on the ball. I broke my neck 7 years ago and that stretch really messes up my neck and KILLS my shoulders. Maybe it wa frmo being on a mat versus the other times I have done it. Not sure but probably something I should discuss with my doctor. Blah!
