I love these bands and this video. I have long hair and the triceps excercise tangles my hair in the band. I do the 20 minute same problem. I am trying to use a towel ot a broom handle to do this. Anyone else been able to get the same stretch with long hair!, . Thanks Coach Nicole for these band videos. Especially the 20 minute it really helps my leg muscles. Pat in Maine
There are modifications for pushups - use an exercise ball - I have one of those large exercise balls. I use it daily. I normally do pushups on the floor without modification but I hurt my ankle so I can't push too hard on it - I'm using the ball - you put your lower part of body on ball - lean forward, put hands on floor and do pushups. You're still working your upper body - I feel it - there is a burn there so I'm happy with modifying this way for now.
