I love my foam roller and wish I could afford a second one; the one I have is black and rigid; the while ones are a little softer and useful for different exercises. I use my roller every day and it stays right on my living room floor except when company comes. For me I need to roll the inside of my thighs; my hamstrings are pretty strong at this time.
I would like to also save to my favorites' if I knew how to do it maybe I need to try a little harder. there many exercises I wish I had been able to keep. The exercises that that are short are more doable for me. Thank you coach Nicole.

another "server not found" video I did not get to watch.
I made the mistake of attempting this video right after completing another lower body workout and could barely get through the first exercise! I can already tell that this is another awesome workout from coach Nicole!
