I just started running this year, and have done some of the calf stretches shown here ... but this was great because of all the others I have not known about.
Is there a way to save this specific video?

I prefer to stretch with my foam roller post run; it saved me from horrible shin splints. If you don't have a foam roller, I highly recommend getting one. Great stretching, for both before and after a run.
Thank you Coach Nicole for the stretching exercises even though I can't run, they are very helpful to begin any exercises. I find I can't do with my left leg what I can do with my right. But I push as much as I can.
