Like stated this is for more minor everyday back pain, I have scolosis and it constantly pushes on nerves in the lower half of the body giving me lower back pain to radiating pain in my hips and calves but it is helpful
This has some very good messages in the video. I have had ongoing back pain for some 8 years now, I had an accident at work, I have 4 bulging discs and weakened muscle at the site of the incident. Do take care of your back, we only have one!
I would like a video on more serious back issues. I recently discovered, thru MRI, that I have a bulging disc. We were treating it for weeks as if it were out of alignment...until it left me stranded on the side of the road, unable to drive. I had to get my hubby to come pick me up. The pain was awful! The Chriopractor sent me for the MRI, found out it was bulging & changed his method of treatment. I still have rough days where I am packing ice to it, elevating my knees at night, using my TENS Unit -- but still have pain. Chiropractor doesn't think surgery is necessary, though.

I have back pain on and off. I think posture also affects your back. I also stand on cement floors all day and have to wear steel toe shoes, which are heavy I also have to lean over a bench to do paper work.
The back pain discussed in this video is what this gal thinks of as "simple back pain" - it does not address the excruciating back pain due to no cushioning between disks (which touch) when absolutely no position elevates the pain that can last for a solid month (24/7) or more without any relief.
I liked the video. I found it very helpful in finding out the causes of back pain. I learned that smoking and wearing heels, being overweight, and sitting at a desk job can be the cause of some lower back problems. I thought the exercises were helpful. Thank you
Enjoyed this video as I have lower back pain from time to time. I recently started getting pain shooting up the side of back during a certain in move in yoga. Talking with instructor after class I was told not to go so deep into my stretches, as I am likely aggravating my muscles more by doing that, rather than getting a good relaxing stretch out of them. Who knew!?
