Anybody else having trouble getting the video to play, or is it just me? It used to work and now all of a sudden it doesn't.

OMG, I sit all day at work and have much lull time so I was actually able to just move my chair out of the way and do this 8 minute cardio.....I love it and I can do it as many or as few times a day as I can.....better than nothing!!! Thank you Spark People for this opportunity!!
Great workout! The changes keep it interesting and the variation on the jumping jack is a huge help for me - due to overweight, various body parts of mine tend to jump at three different speeds at least. Not a sight for the faint of heart.
Thank you, that was an intense 10 minutes! Glad you said to drop shoulders and included shoulder rolls at the end. I was accused by my spinning teacher of having my shoulders up to my ears while exercising; need to consciously think of where my shoulders are when running, anything actually. And they pop and creak when I roll them. I will play my workout songs when doing this to make the long 10 minutes go by faster.
