I love this workout. I think I can do it. The instructer makes it look so doable. I will start in the morning. I'm even thinking (heavens forgid!) that I might get up 30 minutes earlier on work days and start doing this. Crazy isn't it?
WOOF! That really gets the job done in a very short time. I think it would be fair to call that a one of the three 10 minute intervals per day that's recommended as a minimum (she says as she mops up the sweat.)

People who are working intermediate and advanced already know how to increase the intensity. Beginners don't always know how to modify a high impact move to a low impact. It would be much more helpful to very briefly demonstrate the high impact, but then return to the low impact modifications. Perhaps you might consider a split screen. Other people have done this and it does help. I never do high impact and I had trouble just watching the video wondering how I was going to convert your high impact moves to low impact since you didn't show enough of the modifications to help. The lateral shuffle is a good example. How do you convert that to low impact?
