Someone said this was too hard, that inspired me to give it a try. I did have to use my neck pillow, but I did the workout and I feel great! I like to start my day with strength training and/or stretching exercises. This video is a perfect addition for my little 10 minute morning workouts! I may even end up purchasing!
First time I've done this video. I guess I'm so used to Coach Nicole and her "style"-- I did not care for this instructor at all. A little too cutesy for me. I wish the title of the video included the word "Abs" or "Core". Since it just says Beginner Pilates, I thought it would show various body part moves and not just Core. At any rate, it's a good alternative to just doing a lot of different crunches.

Good video, I like the short ones that I can do in the morning before getting ready for work. This particular video for some reason was recorded really low. Had to turn volume up to maximum to be able to hear it.
Okay, while doing this and 2 other pilates videos, I was thinking... this is easy. Now today when I woke up and had a hard time sitting up in bed and I realize that it may seem easy at the time, but boy did I feel it today!!
They mean a beginnier to Pilates not to overall fitness. If it won't work for you then fine but don't complain about the instructor. I did the workout and it was great. I also know how to modify moves to fit my needs. If you don't that's fine, you can learn by just watching. The instructor looks great, the workout is great, there's not an issue with it.
