Trying again to get into Pilates and Yoga - I know it'll be good for me, but it's just not nearly as fun as cardio or sports. Giving it a go, though - thank you for this beginner's video! I'll probably be at this level for awhile, but it's motivating to know it's something I can work on.
I'm a 52 year that has never Pilates as well but as said I too love this video and it is very doable for a beginner. Thanks Sparkpeople

Never did pilates and at 52 and 20 lbs overwieght it was doable. I felt good and want to continue at this level with the idea that I can advance to more difficult routines. This was a great beginners video, it really motivated me to use this twice a day

I'm getting back into my pilates/yoga workouts they help me with my fibromyalgia a great deal. It takes a bit like any exercise to see the benefits but you will feel them. This was quite good and gentle on the joints.
I had no issues playing the video and it does seem great for beginning fitness levels, but I don't think pilates is for me. I don't feel any challenge like with my cardio or traditional strength work outs. All these do is make me overthink breathing...
