Enjoyed it but it's a demo... leaves you in the middle of the workout. At least warn us that it's not a complete workout!! :(

iit is a good start -up cardio workout. Good to get you warmed for more intense cardio sessions. I felt it was light and breezy compared to Coach nicole Jump- start rope cardio workout . It is however good for getting to your step goals if you need those last few hundred steps to go for the day

yes, it leaves you high and dry: to cool down go back to gentle taps side to side, then marching etc, and use leg and arm stretches that Coach Nicole has drummed into us.

I liked this quick work out. It gets your heart rate up but keeps it low impact.

I love this workout, but I do tjink it is important that it is a proper end to the workout. I did not like the fact that it stops in the middel of a workout.

Love this work out and the instructor is awesome! This is such an easy way to get my cardio daily, no more excuses that I do not have the time! Thank you for this! By the way, if it's too tough at first, just keep trying, slow your pace if you need to. On the 3rd one I found it much easier because I was familiar with the moves. What a great way to start the day.

It makes me sad to see people talking about the instructor's weight. I'm going to take a guess and say none of you would want someone telling you that you're too fat or skinny to do something. On top of that, we have no idea what the instructor's background is. Maybe 5 years ago she was 300 pounds with limited mobility and is now trying to help people in that same situation. As overweight people I would hope that we would be most sensitive to this kind of hate talk but apparently that's not the case.

My feet got a little tangled up when trying to learn the moves, but toward the end when I had a better understanding of what to do I was really moving along, It's low impact and worth checking into a longer dvd workout.
