Great video! This is my go-to cardio workout. I agree the excerpt cuts out the cool-down and would be VERY beneficial to have as cooling down is as important, if not more, than warming up. Thank you for listening SP!

I enjoyed the workout but the excerpt on the DVD meant that the workout ended really abruptly. Please could you show the warm down as well as the warm up
What is the name of the songs used in this workout? I want to put them on my ipod

You have to be patient with this video...it takes a minute to load, but it eventually does. Also, it DOES cut off abruptly at the end, but I think the purpose of this video is to get your attention, and to get you to buy more videos. I liked it. It really is low impact, and that's something I need. It also challenged me, because I'm not proficient at choreographed cardio. I can bicycle, and that's good, but I like to mix up my routine, and this definitely helped. I liked the instructor...I didn't feel immediately intimidated by her style and personality. I would consider buying more of her videos.
