Good video. I modified because I am a senior and have a few muscles issues. I was looking for an alternative to "Walk Away the Pounds" (I get bored easily. A little fast for most beginners and seniors but would still recommend with the caution to modify if necessary.
I was starting to really get into the workout and was fun when it came to a complete end when my heart rate was just at a high point. Really either should let you know its only a preview or finish with a cool down.
Wasn't really happy with the sudden abandonment while my heart rate up. I really loved the video. I was already thinking about buying something to find a way to play cds....I have a chromebook only for internet. Then bam its over and you get a sales pitch? Wheres the love??? I quickly fell out of love with her. Heart patients redeveloping their nerve to exercise...that's my group... don't need the isometric surprise stop.

Like the instructor. Workout not much different than other low impact aerobics videos I've used. Agree it should be noted that this is NOT AN ENTIRE ROUTINE, apparently only first 12 minutes of one. It cuts off abruptly just when you're getting into it :-(

Love this workout! And even though it stops mid workout, you can finish the part you are doing on you own, fairly easily, and even run through the moves a few more times and then go back to a march in place, slowing down until you have cooled down enough to stop. This is definitely one of my go to workouts!
