This Workout was alright. For not wanting to workout at all today this hit the spot. Some of the moves were rather easy but I just made modification with higher intensity so I would break a sweat. Thanks
I don't know how anyone could think of this as a beginner video. I am leery about videos that don't bother trying to show/explain good form. It is pretty upbeat and vigorous, and if I had time to watch it several times maybe it would help. Going on the back burner for now, until I have more time/coordination.
I have not done any videos on SP in a long time, as I have several dvd's including Coach Nicole's at home to work with. But thought I'd shake things up a bit this a.m. and tried this one!! ABSOLUTELY loved this and will be doing it over and over till I get caught up with her moves! she has such great energy and having fun at the same time-that's the motivation I needed! Thanks for posting this on SP and might consider buying the whole video!!
I liked the lady and the intensity but didn't realize it was just basically a teaser promo to purchase the DVD. If it's a demo, call it a demo, don't get people warming up with no cool down.
Great for oldies. I couldn't keep up at first , co-ordination everywhere but in the right position, but it is all coming together with a bit of practice.
Found out a couple interesting things. 1.) This work out is not for those of us lacking in coordination. 2.) My kitten apparently thinks I'm attacking her when I'm working out. I had to give her a treat to stop her from hissing at me. XD
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
