This is a good video, though it seems to cut off the very end of the segment. I just finished the 2nd half of the routine she was in the middle of, since you are repeating a pattern. She was easy to follow, called the moves well, and was motivating. The routine is basic enough that I was able to get the hang of it, and that says something!
This was fun, but ended very abruptly, so be prepared to finish the other side and cool down on your own! Very low impact and easy to follow. I thought it was a nice way to relax and get a little extra burn at the end of the day.
awesome awesome awesome!! Loved the music and the energy. Wonderful lady, could understand and follow her completely. When she did two steps I did jumping lunges to make it more difficult. Other than that I had fun and felt the work out!! :)
