Love this work out and the instructor is awesome! This is such an easy way to get my cardio daily, no more excuses that I do not have the time! Thank you for this! By the way, if it's too tough at first, just keep trying, slow your pace if you need to. On the 3rd one I found it much easier because I was familiar with the moves. What a great way to start the day.
It makes me sad to see people talking about the instructor's weight. I'm going to take a guess and say none of you would want someone telling you that you're too fat or skinny to do something. On top of that, we have no idea what the instructor's background is. Maybe 5 years ago she was 300 pounds with limited mobility and is now trying to help people in that same situation. As overweight people I would hope that we would be most sensitive to this kind of hate talk but apparently that's not the case.
My feet got a little tangled up when trying to learn the moves, but toward the end when I had a better understanding of what to do I was really moving along, It's low impact and worth checking into a longer dvd workout.

I like the video. The moves is very much like I a workout I did when I was in a Silver Sneakers glass in Bullhead City, Az
This workout was frustrating because the moves were so quick and changed every 5 seconds, not long enough to catch on enough to have an effective workout. I ended up running around the house to get my workout in.
Good workout that allows you to do high impact or low impact, depending on your level. Yes, it is similar to some Zumba moves. This is only an EXCERPT of the videos so if you want more or a cool down, get the videos. Otherwise, improvise!
I think it is a great professionnaly made video! It's a demo or a 12 min cut from a workout video. I read comments about missing this and that. You guys can just add a cool down period on your own. But please, keep in mind we all have this for free and we ought to be grateful!

They cannot put the calories burned by this workout because it depends on the individual. That skinny woman is burning 3 calories, but if I did the same workout, being nearly 25 stone, I would burn about 500!
