OMG, I can't wait to do this tomorrow morning. I wanted to do it right now but it is 10:30pm/ct and my body needs some sleep. (actually I did 5 minutes of it ) Glad to see others enjoyed it! :-)

I just completed this video for part of my 30 min. I'm in a funk today If I didn't commit online I probably would've skipped doing my exercise today. I have to admit though I feel great that I did it! now instead of driving my mom home we are about to walk.
