For those that are complaining that it just ends...just do a few more moves (mambos) to finish out that set and then come back to a march in place and slow it down and stretch then stop, or better yet use this as your first workout and have another routine or video you like ready to go and while its loading just keep at a march in place you stay warm. I do this quite often and it works great!

Like the low impact f this video. I was getting into t and it ended. That's okay, I just did it again.
like the video but a little fast for seniors with artritis and issues such as that. or folks who can't stand for long time. but good workout ideas I enjoyed it a lot the music was great good beat for exercising. just have issues with doing this standing for so long is difficult for me .

Good video. I modified because I am a senior and have a few muscles issues. I was looking for an alternative to "Walk Away the Pounds" (I get bored easily. A little fast for most beginners and seniors but would still recommend with the caution to modify if necessary.
