Very disappointed. Link does not work. Get a blank, black screen - I have arthritis in my hips and knees and wanted to find a workout that would be easier on my joints. This one, however, I guess is not to be. :(

This video is too easy for me to make it worth my time, but the music is fantastic! I am an avid Jillian Michael's fan, but her music isn't the greatest. Watching this made me want to check out other videos on here to see what is available.

Other than the abrupt end and lack of cool down, I love this video and aim beginner with bad knees. All videos take time to learn the steps. But it doesn't leave me with sore joints and for that I'm thankful.. I just do walk in place n stretches when it's done for cool down. Although I wish they would have finished properly . One of the better beginner videos I found on here.

Love this video. A great way to get at least a 10 minute workout in. After a couple times doing it you get the routine down.

I agree with CathGreen8. Video ended abruptly (on only one side of movement), no cool-down, no stretching. Now I have to find a stretching video. Sure, I'll try to track the stretching, but would be much more convenient (& healthier fitness-wise) to have it in the same video I was working out with. Thanks for listening, SP.

So I just tried out my first video on the sparkspeople website. :) I think I'm going to be using these videos a lot more!
Definitely makes you sweat, and you don't have to do overly much with this workout. I like it and think that others should give it a try. :)
