It did end abruptly.. I could still feel my heart pounding while looking (scrambling, actually) for another cardio workout in the Videos section to continue the cardio. It might help putting the whole 12-minute video workout here. Easy to follow, she is just not into giving explicit instructions ;)

I was looking for a beginners video with low impact due to knee and heel issues. I was able to do this video with little to no adjustments.I did the side to side arms instead of jumping jacks other wise loved it. I am not in shape 260 lbs and can't do all those difficult videos this was just right got me going heart wise and made me sweat also burned my muscles. Loved it.

It was pretty hard. I made it through the video, but didn't stress on keeping up, and doing every move, just did what I could. Someday it will be easy, i hope.

Bring that I am disabled, I find this video wonderful. I have modified some of the movements and am able to accomplish it. I only do it 3 times per week at this point but hope to move it to 7 days a week someday soon.

I am 319lbs and I was able to do this video from the first time with no problems. To help keep pace with the instructor do smaller movements which will allow you to keep up. Also think about modifying some of the movements to suit you.

I love this video all the moves flow together well so it's easy to learn and the instructor is great as well. I do it every morning.

Great video, I couldn't get up for my early morning class today, and evening I am not gona have enough time to get my cardio in. I was browsing around the spark people and decided to do couple of cardio from the clips. Boy I never though they will break the sweat like the cross ramp machine in gym.

Ay ay ay! Think Zumba here - low impact does not necessarily mean easy. My armband registers this as higher intensity than the kickboxing videos. If you're really a beginner, pace yourself by minimizing the arm movements in the early part of the video. It stops abruptly, so if you want cool-down time factor that in.
