Another agreement with the comments about the level of this. Even an advanced 'yogi' wouldn't immediately touch the floor and hold that position and do a torso/hip stretch without warming up/doing preparatory poses! Love these short videos, though!
This is a great video! I really enjoyed it! It worked even for my level of a beginner with 20 kg of extra weight and more than 20 years since my last yoga class. Of course, I was not perfect in some exercises but this program is doable and gives a very good stretching.
