I'm not able to bend down and extend my legs. If I end up on the floor I have a hard time getting up.

This was definitely challenging. I'm not flexible or particularly strong and I definitely had trouble with some of this. I liked the movement in this video. I will be revisiting this one later.

i'm brand new to Yoga & this would be way too hard for me. right now i'm working on doing "chair Yoga". will be looking for some real beginner Yoga videos.

The warm up sequence is great, good stretch and core builder. The female yogi needs to loose the attitude though. Hope to see more from the male yogi instructor.
