Thanks Sparkpeople, I owe a lot to you guys, especially coach Nicole(that's coz I do a lot of her videos).I am doing your videos from 2008. But I started following sparkpeople website from 2010. I feel more healthy and active now and of course very confident about myself
1.Nutrition tracker and Fitness tracker helped everyday to do exactly what I needed CONSISTENCY with my exercise.
2.Then came the hard one PORTION control(well I m still not very good at it but I m trying :) )
3.I understood quite late about WATER concept (and why no one who so ever it is never forget to mention in their interview of weight loss) but now I know so I do think it is vital for healthy living.
A BIG HEARTFELT THANK YOU TO ALL SPARKPEOPLE TEAM . YOU GUYS ARE DOING FANTASTIC JOB.
My favorite tip from the video is to "Exercise in the morning", I absolutely have to live by this tip because when I think I will exercise in the afternoon/evenings, 80 percent of the time I miss my workout for the day.
