I am so glad I finally followed the advice of my nutritionist at the cardiologists offices and started on Memorial Day, May 26th,2014. I had a good week but for eating out and having too salty a food choice, but after gaining almost a pound I went doen two pounds in a week, and that is my goal and 1 pound beyond my goal to rid self of a lb. a week.

I love the nutrition tracker. Right away I learn how many calories I have consumed and
how many more calories I can have per day. So happy to lose my first 10!

Thank you Chris Downie! What an informative truly is quite amazing. I just started a couple of weeks ago to try and get my sugar down...which also means I have to loose a significant amount of weight. I think the tools on this site will help me to become a healthy person.

This is my second attempt using Sparks the video reminded me of the benefits of a free site to help you lose weight. I tried weight watchers on line of almost two years and got charged every month and gain 15 pounds, not to mention I always had trouble getting logged in and finding the foods I wanted to track. Most of the time I ended up entering them myself. So now several weeks after a heart attack and glad to be alive I need to do something about the 25 extra pounds on my old body. So here I am after quitting Sparks in 2010, starting again. Send prayers for trying to be stay committed.
