This is a great workout. I do it on my bed, so I don't have to wear my prosthetic. It was also was one of the first exercise I was taught rehab after my amputation.

Liked it. Have trouble doing the one where you're on your side and trying to pull your core upwards but with practice hopefully I will manage.

I truly appreciated this video. I am a right hip disarticulate amputee and it's so hard for me to find exercises that can accommodate my body. I had barely any problems wih this exercise and I broke a sweat, thanks so much! Please keep them coming. As many exercises for leg amputees as you guys can make is truly appreciated!

This is really a very good work out. I had to modify when I came to the bicycle crunches as it causes me severe back pain to do that, but i just did some ordinary crunches like I had done previously in the video for that section. Thanks SP :)

I just started this exercise today and it was hard. I'm 45yrs. old and thought I was in good shape but I was wrong. I have this belly fat that I just don't like and I wanted to tone it up. I was looking for an exercise that wouldn't take a lot of my time and came across your 15 minute video by accident and I'm glad I decided to watch it. I just wanted to say Thank You for making it.
