Sounds works OK on mine! I do this video several times a week. As of today, I am able to do the harder version of all the exercises -- even the planks and hip lifts on my hands instead of elbows. I am amazed how consistency actually makes a difference!
Did anyone else have a problem with the abs video having no sound? The commercial before the video worked fine, so I know it wasn't my computer.... Was able to follow by watching her, but it made it a lot harder!
I would like to know how these crunches would work for someone like myself, who has a bulging dish in the cervical area of the spine? I have been told that I should not do most crunch exercises. When I was fit, I use to do up to 300 crunches at a time (before discovering the bulging disc). Does anyone know if there is some type of crunch I cand do? Many thanks?

Guys here is some honest feedback. There are SO MANY beautifully done Abs Videos out there, that I never got to appreciate the wonders of Coach Nicole. The videos are not 1080p, they are taken from too far away, they are not edited to see it from multiple angles, and the sound is just 'blah' (plain).
Just search for Abs Core, HIIT, and many other buzz words and you will have 1000's of them that you can view online, download (a bit of technical skill required) to MP4 format in 720p or 1080p, and then play it on your HDTV (larger the better).
I have over 1000 videos (including Coach Nicoles) and I play the ones from Jillian, Chalene, Fitness Blender and the best is from Mel B (if you are getting started). Doing all of these for 3 years 10 months 21 days with 61 lb weight loss (going from waist 44" to 31").
Best advice if you are listening is "Do What You Like and Enjoy", but KEEP IT FRESH and SWITCH VIDEOS GALORE since there are ample out there.
Sorry Coach Nicole, but you really NEED to step up your game and get some great sound editor guys, video editor guys, better equipment in your exercise room, and start selling tons of your videos from that point onwards. You know your stuff well, but knowing and motivating video-watching-public by the 1000's are two different things (from a guy's point of view).
