I have watched a number of Coach Nicole's workout videos and I have to say I'm really impressed with her. She gives modifications for every fitness level on every movement she makes. Her reminders re keep abdomen pulled in, etc., are so timely. At just the right moment, she'll give a reminder on posture and I need that. I feel that anyone in good health could easily follow her. Love the video's, can you give us something for those of us who have what is called an apron on the lower stomach? I have had multiple surgery's and it has left me with an apron, looks awful and sit-ups don't touch this area, can you help?
