This is a great workout for the core! I'd love to see a written list of these exercises so I could print it to use at different times, and places where I don't have access to a computer. Thanks. - Yes, she is amazing that she could talk throughout this workout! Very strong!! and an inspiration.

All of the videos take WAAAAYY too long to load and don't even play without buffering. It's really annoying ...

for only being 15 minutes this is a great workout since I missed TWO of my work out times today!
Can you show a version of this for people with hip replacement? Most of it works, but we can't go less than 90 degrees at the hips so all the ones that bring the knees to the chest direction are taboo. Also can't cross the legs over the center line (the stretch where you put leg over and heel to bottom and twist is the two things we can't do.) Thanks
