Yeah, protein HAS to be missing - Salmon has protein. I would even think that the fat content should be a little higher since Salmon is a higher fat fish. A plain, non seasoned piece of Atlantic Salmon, (4 oz) , for example, has 270 cals and 12.6 g of fat, 22.6g of protein, and 0 carbs. AND it has saturated fat as well.
These nutrition facts are way off! 9calories per gram of fat so 9x9=81 ok... then 4 per carb gram so 4x18= 72 sooo 81+72=671? wait something is way wrong. Protein is missing.
