To make it a truly healthy restaurant find, you have to ask them to hold the butter, and have it grilled. Also, I can only find 6 oz or 8 oz. The 6 oz version is 218 cal! They list trans fat, which can only be there because of the added "butter." Animals don't make trans fat.

The victoria's filet is an indulgence by normal standards and it takes some carefull selections for the rest of the day to justify, but it's definitely one of the lesser evils at outback... and it's my personal favorite!
