I can't wait to try some of these! I see 5 that I love already!
I'm looking forward to changing up the crust options, instead of always using the roll out type from the refrigerated biscuit section. While tasty, same old same old can get boring.

I have been making the mini pizzas using soft pitas for some time now and they are a life-saver. I top a pita with 2 tbsp pasta sauce, a sprinkle of italian seasoning, 1 oz low fat mozza and top it off with a cup of greens. I eat a big salad with it and it satisfies my cravings for pizza and makes a nutritious meal when paired with a salad.

I liked this article but with some of the recipes @ 200 + calories a slice I don't see how it is guiltless. Pizza no one can eat just one! I might be able to stop at 3.

Is there a way to substitute a wheat crust or tortilla? I can't tolerate wheat, it bloats me up :( my children will love these for sure though
