yummy options but how much carb/sugar do they each contain? THAT is what makes us gain weight!

Just tell me how to spread 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter on 5 celery ribs! That is just not possible! Just try spreading it that thin on 5 celery ribs. You would not even be able to taste it. The picture shows a short section of rib with probably a whole tablespoon of peanut butter.

These are great ideas! I always struggle to find snack that are "cheap in calories". With these, I can even trick myself into 'indulging'. Thanks!

I don't eat anything with artificial sweetener but I do love cottage cheese and yogurt with fruit so that's what I eat as a snack mostly. I do like the mozzarella, basil and tomato snack, I'll have to pack that one for work!

Would love to have pudding as a sweet treat. Unfortunately, my problem is a box makes 2 cups....and I would eat it all! Dont really like the premade stuff. The consistency is a bit weird for me. SF hot chocolate is a nice evening treat on cold nights!

I absolutely loved this presentation, ten ideas with a dollup of writing, LOVED it, thought to myself, I need more just like this! All great ideas, some 'food type snacks' like the turkey and apple, that would solve those need real food kind of munchie cravings and BE good for me!! Much better than the 100 empty calorie things I tend to jump on and then regret because I've eaten 3 of them! Eating one thing alone, the lonely little 100 calorie fudge bar, that dosn't fill the hole in my rumbling tummy, or the apple slices and turkey...that I can actually crunch and feel like I spoiled myself a little and is good for me! I am learning soooo much from this site, LOVE it!! Thanks for a wonderful little tantalizing tidbit, just what I was needing! Gotta try the pudding with the little whipped cream actually serve it in a dish instead of the cup...maybe, nah...lol! It won't last that long! But the whipped cream I can do!
