Of course, a gym membership isn't a requirement for getting fit, but many people find that the convenience and motivation helps them stick to a workout schedule. Joining a gym doesn't have to bust your budget. As of the time of this writing, Planet Fitness is offering enrollments for just $10 a month. Some facilities even include free group fitness classes and an introductory personal training session with the cost of membership.
