This is a cool, simple, breakfast oatmeal
1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup milk about 25 raisins 1 tsp cinnamon
This is a great recipe for summer days when you want your fiber but don't want a hot bowl of cereal.
In a bowl mix together oats, milk, raisins, cinnamon. Cover and place in fridge overnight. Enjoy the next morning.
A thick cut oat that soaks up all the milk may be preferable to other varieties, and you may find you need to experiment with different amounts of milk.
