1 cup tomatoes, chopped
2 chicken breasts, skinless boneless
4 oz Barilla Plus penne pasta
1/2 cup 99% fat free chicken broth
10 basil leaves
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil

Add tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and basil into medium bowl. Let set 1/2 hour.
Grill chicken breasts or bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until done.
Simmer tomato mixture for 10 minutes over low-medium heat. Place tomatoes onto pasta, add grilled chicken and feta. Enjoy!
We actually serve our 2 children with this recipe also, they love it!
