Meatloaf with a Surprise Print Recipe

Tired of the same ol', same ol' meatloaf? Try this delicous original recipe and you'll want to make it again and again!


Ingredients
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1 zuchini squash, chopped fine
3 garlic cloves, chopped fine
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg

2 oz Mozzarella cheese, on the side

Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients with your hands until well blended. Separate into 2 halves.
Roll each half into a ball then flatten it out in the palm of your hand.
Place 1 oz of mozzarella cheese in the center and close it up. Shape it to look like a small loaf.
Repeat with the second ball or you can make 4 smaller balls. (They will take less time to cook.)
Bake at 350*F for 30-45 minutes.
