A yummy recipe passed down from my mother in law
3 lbs boneless/skinless chicken 1 tbsp olive oil 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup vinegar 3 tbsp water 3 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp salt
Cut chicken into approximately 1.5 oz servings. Brown chicken lightly in olive oil. Mix sauce ingredients in oven-safe bowl and place chicken in the sauce. Bake at 350F until done. Serve with rice, spooning the sauce onto it.
