2 cups zuchinni & summer squash blend, Italian style, canned
1 can diced tomatos w/ basil, garlic, oregano
1 green bell pepper, cut in strips
1 yellow bell pepper, cut in strips
1 cup raw chopped onion
May substitute fresh vegetables if available
Add together in casserole dish.
Cook in microwave for 5 min., or to desired tenderness.
