Seedy Cinnamon Granola Print Recipe

This easy granola tastes great as a breakfast cereal, yogurt topping, or an afternoon snack!


Ingredients
  • 4 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup unsalted sunflower kernels
  • 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil



Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients.


2. Drizzle with honey and oil. Toss to coat.


3. Spread in a 15" x 10" x 1" baking pan, coated with nonstick cooking spray.


4. Bake at 300 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring twice.
