Bread Pudding

A low fat version of an all-time favorite.
7 slices whole wheat bread 1/2 cup Splenda 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 3 egg whites 1 cup skim milk 1 tbsp light stick margarine, melted 1/2 cup raisins
Spray cooking spray in loaf pan. Tear bread in pieces and put in pan, add raisins. Set aside. Melt margarine and mix with egg whites, Splenda, skim milk, cinnamon and salt. Pour this mixture over bread and raisins and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
