Ingredients
1-1/2 cup canned chickpeas
1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
Pepper, to taste

Directions

In a food processor, puree all ingredients until smooth.
